From the interior, a horizontal full page engraving, "The President, General Hooker and Their Staffs at a Review in the Army of the Potomac" showing Lincoln on horseback, which is unusual. And from the front page, full engraving "Collecting Confiscated Anglo-Rebel Cotton in the Southwest" shows slaves loading cotton.
