The seven-member crew of STS-49, the Endeavor's first mission, is shown standing in front of the aircraft in this 8" x 10" color portrait. Their flight was launched on May 7, 1992 in an effort to retrieve an errant satellite and became the first time three astronauts would simultaneously walk in space. Bold black ink signatures, very fine condition.
