Silk ribbon, 8" x 2 3/8" with an image of Jefferson Davis on the ocasion of Laying Corner Stone Of Monument - To President Jefferson Davis - At Richmond, Va.”, June 30th, July 1st & 2d, 1896. This was in conjunction with the UCV reunion in Richmond. Blue Lettering is very clear and readable, and the Portrait Image stands out well upon the white silk ribbon. Frayed and numerous vertical thread tears as shown having an overall whole appearance.
