Silk Campaign Ribbon, "A. LINCOLN", shows the candidate with wild hair and artist idetified as J. Judis, VF. This extremely rare Abraham Lincoln woven Silk Ribbon, 3-3/4" x 6-1/2" being full size with rich black on the woven white silk ribbon. An impressive, rather remarkable image of Republican 1860 candidate and the very first of this important early design we have ever seen and offered. the only other example we could locate is housed on the collection at Cornell.
