Newspaper Grouping of 6 issues of “The Liberator,” Boston, each 4pp., never bound, previously quarterfolded, minor edge flaws, else VG. Each issues contains news reports, editorials, and speeches regarding slavery abolition. These issues each have the Second Masthead which shows the Slave Auction on the left, and mancipation on the right. The issues include: January 4, 1839; March 1, 1839 [water stained]; June 28, 1839; August 23, 1839; October 13, 1843; and November 3, 1843.
