Circular, MILITARY ORDINANCES, two pages, 8" x12 3/8", Jackson, after March 30, 1861, reissueing the January 23 ordinances outlining how Mississippi's troops were to be raised and organized is followed by "AN ORDINANCE to authorize the Governor of the State of Mississippi to transfer Volunteers to the service of the Confederate States," which was passed on March 30, 1861. Light age toning, very good condition
