The Frisbie collection consists of the following 1860s images: (2) sixth plate tintypes of unidentified Union soldiers in half cases, one thermoplastic…plus; (5) military CDVs, two of which depict Lt. Decatur Frisby, Co. "C," 133rd New York Infantry…plus; album with (21) civilian CDVs, one having a Chinese backmark; (4) loose civilian CDVs…plus; a CDV with Shanghai backmark depicting a young Chinese soldier in a western-style uniform…plus; an unidentified tintype in a mount depicting a young man. Overall very good.
