Albumen-style camp photograph, circa 1898, with backmark by photographer J. M. Pattison, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, presented in period wooden frame, 15" x 13" overall, the subjects being four soldiers in 1895 pattern uniforms, their bayonets hanging from belts secured by Model 1872 Hagner plates with NGP (National Guard of Pennsylvania). Chips to the beaded edges of the frame, else very good condition.
