An admission card, 2 ½" x 4", to the launching of the U.S.S. Virginia at the Newport News Shipbuilding & Drydock Co., Newport News, Virginia, April 5, 1904, followed by a "collation" at Hotel Chamberlain. This huge ship, after limited escort service in WWI, would be intentionally sunk in a 1923 bombing exercise. Fine condition.
