Stout, Medical Director of Hospitals, Army of Tennessee, Atlanta, reading, "I beg leave respectfully to request that Private Charles R. DeBurgh of Co. (C), 9th Mis Regt, be ordered to report for duty in this Hospital." Uneven edges, light stains, good condition.
