Wilson of Iowa free-franked 1862 postal cover. Wilson chaired the group calling for Johnson's impeachment. Some stains, very good…Plus; Unused petition to the Fortieth Congress demanding President Johnson's impeachment, produced as an insert for the National Anti-Slavery Standard, 6 ¾" x 8 ½", very good condition.
