Partially printed State Department document stamp-signed "William H. Seward" and signed "Will Little," 2pp. 4to, Washington. D.C., January 15, 1866 and Sumter, Alabama, September 12, 1865, a true copy of Little's acknowledgement of his receiving "the President's Warrant of Pardon." The signatory was possibly William Little, former Surgeon of the 22nd Alabama Infantry, C.S.A. Fine condition.
