Typed Letter Signed, by Julius Langbein, who received the Medal of Honor, while a 15 year old boy, at Camden, North Carolina, when “he voluntarily and under a heavy fire went to the aid of a wounded officer, procured medical assistance for him, and aided in carrying him to a place of safety...” This letter is 6p. folio, January 22, 1910, which blasts Horatio King for his stance on the Annuity Bill for Medal of Honor winners, quoting King and Thorn throughout. VG. A statue of Langbein in his Zouave uniform can be seen at the Woodlawn Cemetery in the Bronx.
