Moseley," Shuqualak, Mississippi, reading, "Your letter of 29 inst at hand. My department has been so much crowded with business that I have not been able to issue all Commissions but will forward these as early as possible. The Commander in Chief requests me to say that information has been received from President Davis that 12 month troops will be received. No Belgian guns received." On tissue, fine condition
