Wonderful hand-colored Charles Magnus sheet, 4pp oblong octavo, titled “Topographical Map of VIRGINIA between Washington and Manassas Junction.” with top sheet depicting the Capital building and Washington with the bottom sheet being a map of the Washington and Northern Virginia area. This map does have many of the important towns and communities listed as well as denoting several “Rebel Battery” and Union camps. Printed along right edge is “Guide to MOUNT VERNON by the Road Maker”. Some slight toning at edges, else VG to Fine. c.1861 with the only Battle Reference being to Manassas.
