1861 United States Capitol Vignette Letterheads, Very Fine. An unissued form in light blue with spaces for Company, Regiment and Volunteers Camp. This is not lined and is folded for writing three and a half pages of text. The second is a three and a half page letter with form having printed 1861 date from Washington, D.C., the rest in manuscript; the Vignette in black. A nice pair. (2 Items).
