Group of three Civil War letters by Theodore Stalter, 95th New York Infantry, who was taken POW at Spotsylvania Court House, and one letter from a comrade in arms named Charley Miller. Stalter’s letters 6p. total, octavo, written during the summer and fall of 1862, one from the Hospital at Frederick, Maryland. All with chatty camp news and family affairs. All About VG or better.
