With the new founded confidence in the use of Colored troops in the field by the north, the author encourages the government to spend more bounty money in the south recruiting black troops with the premises besides filling the ranks of the army it reduces the manpower in the south to enhance the efforts of the Confederacy. The success of the black troops at Petersburg under General Butler, the charge at Petersburg, General Grant lauds their performance. The aristocracy hates Lincoln, more on Johnson running as running mate also coming from the common people as Lincoln did. Fine condition.
