A complete and authentic issue of the Harper’s Weekly, August 20th, 1864, 16pp, disbound, VG. From the interior a complete full page engraving, “The Christian Commision In The Field,” shows several people tending to wounded soldiers in the field. Included among the group are two blacks. There is an accompanying story.
