CDV of John Wilkes Booth being shot, published by Hacker, Rhode Island, 1865. On the verso is advertising for "Bicknell's Syrup", a cholera remedy. The image shows Booth being shot by Boston Corbett of the 16th NY on April 26th at Garrett's barn. It also shows conspirator David Herold being captured outside the barn. The CDV is in excellent condition. A rare and desirable Lincoln assassination related CDV.
