This is a rather unique, fully original Hand-carved and Hand-painted Wooden Doll in depiction of a stately Abraham Lincoln, no date or place, wearing his famous "Stove Pipe" hat and black suit, measuring 14" tall x 3" wide. This appears to be a child's doll of the president made of pine. It is Hand-painted in brown, black, white and beige colors, it makes an interesting folk-art display piece, scored at the bottom to assist its standing. It appears quite antique. There are some definite signs of age, light signs of handling, plus scattered natural age splits in the wood, the most significant running vertical along the back yet overall it remains absolutely intact and solid. This wonderful "Folk Art" Style display piece that is fitting for any doll or Abraham Lincoln related collection. Very good condition.
