Mr. John Talbot Campbell, a free Christian Negro ...Continues in the April issue, 1741, 64 pp., disbound. In part, “Slavery is wholly confined ... and who live in their colonies ..for as soon as any Slave .. sets his foot in France, Spain, Portugal, Holland, Denmak, or England he is said to be ipso facto free. ...” Issues remain bound together.
