War-date albumen photograph, 8-1/4”x6-1/8”, of two United States Colored Troops with two Union soldiers soldiers in front of a small winter quarters building. Identifiied in period manunscript on verso, “Quarters of Samuel H. Olmstead, 170th Regt. N.Y.V. Winter of 1863 & 4. Union Mills, Fairfax County, Virginia.” Fine condition.
