Williams” 1p. quarto, Falmouth, Virginia, April 14, 1863, Head Quarters, Army of the Potomac, addressed to the Commanding Officer of the 2d Corps, pertaiing to an endorsement of a letter from Lietutenat D.W. Flagler, Chief Ordnance Officer of the Army of the Potomac, in relation to reserve ammunition trains. Fine.
