A rare printed Confederate document, 2pp. 8vo., "Adjutant and Inspector General's Office, Richmond, Va., Jan. 31, 1863" being General Orders No. 13, signed in type by General Samuel Cooper, placing all the arsenals, armories and depots in the South under the charge of the CSA Ordnance Bureau. Not only included on the list is the well known arsenals and armories of Richmond, Fayetteville and Macon, but also the little heard of arsenals of Jackson, Little Rock and Texas. A great reference for the CSA Ordnance collector. Glue stain affecting the lower margin, with expected scrap book wear, else VG
