Newspaper, a complete and authentic issue of The Evening Express, Savannah, March 6, 1860, 4pp., disbound. Scarce example of this short-lived newspaper (ran less than one year), has political news comparing Cobb to Douglas in the upcoming convention. Also, two slave ads. This was published by J.H. Estill, who would later enlist in the Georgia 8th, wounded and disabled at Richmond. Margin paper loss lower left corner.
