The Virginia Polka (New York: Horace Waters, 1860), 6pp., folio. The subject here is, of course, Tom Wiggins who was born a slave in Georgia and destined to achieve worldwide fame as a gifted pianist. Wiggins, in fact performed at the White House while yet a child. Damp stains, some marginal splits. repair to back cover, good condition.
