This issue presents five wood cut illustrations of Lincoln traveling to Washington including the front page “...Reception of President Lincoln by Fernando Wood, Mayor of New York ...” Then from the interior, a 1/2 page horizontal spread “...Reception of President Lincoln Arrival in New York ...” and two 1/2 page engravings on the same spread, “...The President Addressing the Crowd ...” and President Lincoln in Buffalo”. And finally, a full page “...The President in the Hall of the Legislature of Columbus ...”
