Partial Bound Volume of Harper’s Weekly, July 23, 1870 through December 31, 1870 (Volume XIV - Number 708 through Volume XIV - Number 731), 24 complete issues. Tightly bound, lacks front board. Very many of these 16 page illustrated newspapers are devoted to the Franco-Prussian War as Harper’s makes it international move. Still, there is plenty of American news and political Nast engravings.
