1865, "SIEGE OF VICKSBURG," and Patriotic Print of a Zouave Unit, Lot of 2, Fine-Choice Very Fine. Includes: "SIEGE OF VICKSBURG," uncolored engraving by the American Publishing Co., Connecticut, 4.5" x 7" image on 5.75" x 9" sheet, depicting the "fight in the crater made by explosion of a mine under a portion of the rebel works," with a red underline coloration to one stripe of a U.S. flag in the center of the piece. Foxing and toning, with crimped corner and irregular, tilted printing on this clipped page. Still, quite crisp and sharp printing. ...plus; Untitled color lithograph by Bingham and Dodd, Hartford, CT, 6.75" x 4.2" image on 8.4" x 5.25" sheet. Very patriotic and interesting design.
