Confederate book “OFFICIAL REPORTS OF BATTLES. PUBLISHED BY ORDER OF CONGRESS.” Richmond, Va., 1862. 572pp., last 4 index pages are absent but replaced with xerox copies, rebound, VG. There is an owner signature, “Ben T. August, Richmond VA,” which has been crossed out. We were able to find a B. August whoserved in "F" Co. VA 3rd Loc Def Infantry. Then, a presentation “From Anthenniam (sp) for Rochester New York Herald Library, Aug 25th 1865.”
