Our boys has a great many beseech traps such as clothing, blankets and shot guns…we leave here tonight with a strong force between thirty & forty thousand. We leave our tents and cooking utensils here so if we get whipped those that are left will retreat back here…the boys are packing their knapsacks and soon will be on the march…write to me often.
