Pair of Civil War discharges for Henry G. Fisher, a Pennsylvania soldier during the war, includes: Discharge dated August 12, 1863, and signed by R.F. Bernard and W. H Kintzle. Very good condition...plus; Discharge dated July 1, 1865, for Fisher from the 99th Pennsylvania Veterans, signed by Colonel Edwin Biles (1828-1883) who was wounded-in-action at Spotsylvania, Big Bottom, and Petersburg.
