Folkart Painting, “The Surrender,” 16” x 20,” color, presented in frame, Fine. The image shows Grant on his knees presenting his sword to Lee at Appomattox Court House. On the reverse is a c1960 typed letter explaining “Truthy revealed at last!” claiming a painting was discovered in an old barn at Culpepper, accomplished by one of Lee’s aides, and is now being offered in this print form for $3.00.
