A "Museum" quality, Gorgeous Miniature Portrait pin with Hand-painted image of then President George Washington measures approximately 1" x .75". It's beautiful coloration remains vivid and vibrant. This rare Federal Period decorative piece has an original oute- rope trim frame and pin is complete with its original pinback bar fully attached and intact, in excellent condition. A magnificent example that is exceedingly rare.
