Amos and Andy Fresh Air Taxi cab, by Louis Marx, c1930. The body of the car is orange with black running boards. Both rear doors read “Amos ‘n’ Andy” and “Check and Double Check”. The hood reads “Fresh Air Taxicab Co of America Incorpolated”. The back of the car reads “Original and Genuine Authorized Fresh Air Taxicab” and has the facsimile signatures of Amos n Andy. The celluloid windshield is missing, some minor rust, windup works.
