Quite rare 5-1/4" x 8" handout, December 1944, advertising employment for Negro men and women to operate buses and street cars. Applicants are to apply between December 1st to 9th, 1944. During this period the National Negro Congress was calling for Civil Rights in Chicago, and the possibility of rent strikes. A rare piece African American history.
