Partially Printed Document, signed by “Elizabeth Pease,” June 14, 1864, 2pp., for aid from the state of Wisconsin as her husband Samuel A. pease is a Volunteer in Company H, 36th Regiment Wisconsin Infantry. The document is signed by the Justice of the Peace. Unfortunately, Elizabeth’e husband was captured at Reams' Station, VA. on August 25, 1864, and died of unkown cause or date.
