Hand carved wooden root vase, with carved Masonic symbol and ink manuscript Lookout Mt. and Nov. 23, 1919. It also contains “Lt. W.K. Delk”. VG. There was a William K Delk from Tennessee who served with the 14th Wisconsin until he deserted in July, 1862. As well as a William Delk who served from September, 1862 until later in the war with the Confederate 8th Kentucky Cavalry. This is possibly that soldier.
