Hoar, and Secretary of the Treasury William Windom. ... plus, Three CDVs, to include Secretary of State Hamilton Fish, Secretary of the Treasury Thomas Corwin, and Senator Lyman Trumball. All fine save for Conway having a chip at the top left corner. A fine group.
