Different then usually encountered and may be rare variant. 25MM approx. Obverse with ferro portrait of beardless Lincoln with name in tiny letters above; relief lettered "THE CONSTITUTION AND THE LAWS." Ropelike border around edge of ferro and reeded rim edge. Reverse portrait of Hamlin and name in tiny letters. Relief worded "UNION OF THE STATES 1860" with four leaf spray at each side. Deep patina to brass (could use a little light cleaning for grime only). Although all features of both ferros are visible light surface scratching overall. (appears variant of Sullivan No. AL1860-106.)
