An April 15, 1865 card from the day President Abraham Lincoln died. The card is announcing the death of President Lincoln on the VERY SAME DAY President Lincoln died. The cardboard card has a black border and states "PRESIDENT LINCOLN DIED AT 22 MINUTES PAST 7 O'CLOCK THIS MORNING, CHICAGO, APRIL 15TH, 1865. The card was apparently distributed in Chicago on that fateful day in April, 1865. The cardboard card 4 ¼ x 2 ¾ inches in size and is very nice condition with no bends or tears..
