Hamlin” 1p. quarto, June 1876, addressed to President U.S. Grant, additional signed by five other gentlemen, it reads “To the President. The undersigned would recommend Hon. Ephraim Flint of Maine, for the position of Judge of the Courts in the Territory of Idaho, now vacant. Mr. Flint is a good lawyer and a man of strict integrity, and well qualified for the place...” Mounted, else VG.
