We here also that they have been more troublesome in Kentucky this spring than they have been this five years. We hear but little news from General Wayne’s army or what they are about . He is still in head quarters and we know not wheather he will go from there this Summer. We expect by building a town and garrison at Presquisle to cut off the communication betwixt the British and the Indians and for other purposes best known to our officers...” VG.
