A partially printed form “Confederate States of America, Post Office Department, Contract Bureau” awarding a contract to Wm. Wine of Sangerville Va., September 13th, 1861. Interestingly, the form was printed “Montgomery” which has been canceled and “Richmond” over written. VG.
