In part, “Messrs Jno Frasier & Co. sent to inquire from the Citadel One hundred and ten Enfield Rifle Muskets which they said were over the number which you had purchased for them. ... As they informed me that you had purchased only 210, and the rest were carried to the Cidadel by mistake. .. I accordingly gave the order to Major White to deliver 110 Enfield Rifle Muskets to Messrs Jno Frasier & Co..”
