Written as Member of Congress U.S. House of Representatives and reads "Alexander H. Stephens/M.C. of Ga/ Washington D.C./ 1 March 1880"; framed with 7 x 4 ½ inch photo and CSA twenty dollar note. Decorative antique frame measures approximately 23 ½ x 17 ½ inches.
