Indenture by which John and Mary Grimes of New Castle, Delaware, sell a “Piece of Land, with a House thereon, situate on the said Town of New Castle” in exchange for “the Sum of Fifteen Pounds of Gold and Silver Coin lawful Money of the Delaware State.” Signed at the conclusion by John Grimes and Mary Grimes with their marks. In very good condition, with repaired separations to folds.
