Broadside, 7” x 21-1/2” [Philadelphia],November 25, 1879. Broadside advertising the performance of the Old Folks Cabin Singers at Restein Hall in Philadelphia, at the corner of Seventh and Dickinson Streets: "Don't fail to come and hear the good old songs of days gone by." The poster continues: "Special engagement of the Genuine Negro, Branton Murray supported by Lacy Logan in their favorite sketch of the Old Slave's Return...during the evening Mr. Murray will sing the favorite song, The Log Cabin on the Hill." Admission is 25 cents, 15 cents for children. A large woodcut of a tired looking black man with a walking stick adorns the center third of the sheet.
