William Bushby who successful ran the Confederate blockade runner Calypso into Wilmington in early 1863. A period ink inscription on the verso reads, in full: "General Jordan, Chief of Genl. Beauregard's staff at Charleston. Given by poor Mrs. Greenhow who was lost, drowned, while entering Wilmington."
